Keep the license ACTIVE that you've worked so hard to achieve. Because National Realty Guild also has a NON-REALTOR and NON-MLS company there are no recurring annual membership fees to pay to National, State, Local Associations, lobbyists or educational donations.  There are also no monthly MLS dues, technology dues, SUPRA dues, expensive office dues, E & O Insurance dues, or other junk fees.  These charges can easily exceed a couple of thousand dollars per year.

Commission Examples for Non-Realtor/Non-MLS Agents
A few years ago, I remember an agent who couldn't believe he could actually keep his real estate license ACTIVE for almost nothing.  He actually RE-ACTIVATED his license from the state to National Realty Guild-Minnesota Chapter and purchased a new construction home to invest in.  Because he was licensed, he gave the sales office his license information. After the closing, his personal commission check was $5725.44.  About four months later he decided to buy his personal home in the same community and was rewarded another check for $7017.83.  To top it off, we then showed the agent how originate his own loan on each of his properties so he could also get additional mortgage origination commissions back totaling $6148!

A woman called in the spring of 2003, drove into our office and, after meeting, joined immediately.  She was a full time employee of a national company with a secure salary, 401K and benefits.  Like so many other agents, her real estate license wasn't benefiting her at all.  A couple of months later, her parents were moving in from out of town and found a home they would like to buy.  We helped her write and facilitate the offer and purchase from start to finish.  She was able to make sure her family got a great deal and she received a commission for $2428.92.

This is a great story!  In 2004, an agent in our group tripped into an opportunity to help some clients out with a commercial loan.  The client didn't know where to go and was literally shot down all over town. The agent had NO (ZERO) loan experience.  Because real estate law requires a real estate brokerage to facilitate commercial transaction, the agent was able to simply refer the transaction into the brokerage (National Realty Guild).  Because of our strategic alliances with industry professionals all around the country, we were able to close the loan.  The client was in business and the total commission was $90,000!  An additional $30,000 was just what the National Realty Guild agent's doctor ordered!

One more!  An agent's very close friend was the family of a company that owned a small food distributing business.  The business was looking for a new location.  The agent could either get paid to refer the client into a lease or even get a commission to help find a building for the business to buy.  The business decided to buy a small commercial building.  Because the agent was a full-time teacher during the day, he simply referred the transaction in to National Realty Guild and received a commission check for $8091.  Even better, most every purchase requires some financial backing.  This agent also received an additional $3236.40 for referring the commercial loan.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE FOR NON MLS NON REALTOR AGENTS
Compensation or commissions are generous and payable in relation to the amount of work any member puts into a project.  The commissions payable will range from 20-80% depending on the type of transaction (commercial real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing, residential sales, residential leasing, residential mortgage, property management, etc.) and the ability to complete the transaction on your own or with the assistance of our network.  Like everything in real estate, the commissions are also negotiable and depend on whether you decide to completely manage a client from start to finish, co-operate with one of our professional affiliates, or simply refer your client to one of our full-time seasoned professionals while overseeing the process.
